Features · Recognition

Notice the people doing the good work.

Set up a ceremony once — Employee of the Month, Values Champion, Peer Recognition or your own — and the cycles open, close and announce on their own.

What it does

  • Cycles that run themselves

Monthly, quarterly, annual or a custom length, with a voting window, one or more winners, and categories with their own colour. Several can run at once, and the cycles open and close on schedule.

  • Nominate with a reason

Anyone can nominate a colleague, with a reason, an optional photo and tags from your company values. Eligibility by department, location or employment type is enforced.

  • Fair by design

Nobody can nominate or vote for themselves, each person votes once per cycle, and comments on votes are shown without names.

  • Private tallies

Everyone sees the nominees and the reasons. Who nominated whom, and the vote counts, are visible to administrators only. A ceremony can also keep its nominations private until the winner is announced.

  • Announced to everyone

When a cycle closes the winner is announced to every active user, the winner and their manager get a personal note, the Hall of Fame is updated and a certificate can be printed. A tie is parked for an administrator to decide.

Worth knowing

The limits, stated plainly, so nothing on this page says more than the software does.

  • Recognition runs in the app: the announcement is the platform's own feed. No email, Slack or Teams posting.
  • No points, rewards, budgets or gift cards.
  • Managing ceremonies, picking winners and seeing tallies needs the same permission as editing employee records, which managers do not have by default.
