Features · Reports and audit packs
When someone asks "can you show me?", you can.
The records an inspector, an auditor or your accountant will ask for, pulled together in one place — as reports, as audit packs, and as a feed your own tools can read.
What it does
Reports that are ready
Employee directory, expiry tracker, onboarding status, training and certifications, break compliance, turnover and retention, leave liability, timesheet hours by location and department, incident and safety summary, contractor compliance and recognition history — as Excel, CSV or PDF, with period comparison and as-at snapshots.
Audit packs
A wage compliance pack, a health and safety audit pack and an Employment Leave Act readiness pack, each a workbook that opens with a read-me sheet, plus a one-click bundle of all three. A separate Labour Inspector readiness pack is laid out around the records the Employment Relations Act and the Holidays Act ask an employer to keep.
Build your own
A report builder over people, expiries, onboarding, training, timesheets, leave, incidents, contractors, the disciplinary register and recognition. Save it, and it sits beside the built-in ones.
Delivered on a schedule
Any report can be emailed daily, weekly, monthly or on your own timetable, as Excel, PDF or CSV. Every delivery is logged.
A dashboard that drills down
Headcount, turnover, overdue training, open incidents, leave liability, hours against contract, expiries, overdue corrective actions and lapsed contractor documents — each card opens the rows behind it.
A feed for Power BI or a spreadsheet
An administrator issues a key, limited to the reports they choose and to the permissions of a named user. Each pull of data is logged, and a key can be revoked in a click.
An audit log nobody can edit
Every change to an HR record, and every download, is written to a log the database refuses to update or delete. Administrators read it in plain English, filtered by person, action and date.
Worth knowing
The limits, stated plainly, so nothing on this page says more than the software does.
- Reports and packs carry quantities — hours, days, counts — never dollar values. Your payroll system stays authoritative for pay.
- Packs are Excel workbooks; the feed is JSON or CSV. PDF needs a feature of the hosting your deployment may not have, in which case the download says so.
- Investigation notes, disciplinary detail and health cases are encrypted and never go into a pack.
- The feed is a key you paste into Power BI or a spreadsheet, not a native connector, and the audit log itself is read on screen rather than exported.
