Publish the week. Fill the gaps.

Plan the week as drafts nobody else sees, publish it in one click, and let your team pick up the shifts nobody has.

What it does

  • Draft, then publish

Shifts are drafts until the week is published. Publishing notifies every rostered person in the app, and everyone eligible when there are open shifts to fill.

  • Open shifts, first come first served

Post a shift with nobody on it. Any staff member can claim it from their phone; managers and administrators are told when someone does.

  • Clashes are caught before they happen

A shift that overlaps the person's other shift, including overnight, is refused. So is a claim on a day of approved leave, and a shift for someone whose induction or certification has expired. Rostering someone still in onboarding is allowed, with a warning.

  • Staff see their own week

Each person sees their published shifts, with a forecast of the rest and meal breaks each shift is expected to earn.

  • Planned beside actual

On the timesheet, the approver sees the rostered shifts next to the hours recorded, so a long day or a missed one is visible without a second screen.

Worth knowing

The limits, stated plainly, so nothing on this page says more than the software does.

  • Roster notifications are in the app only; there is no email or text message for roster events.
  • No shift swaps, no staff availability input, no templates or copy-week, and no automatic scheduling.
  • To change a published shift, remove it and add it again.
  • The roster is a plan. Timesheets are not pre-filled from it, and pay and compliance are assessed on the hours actually worked.
